Now Your Health ("Now Your Health," "we," "our," or "us"), operates the website located at nowyourhealth.com (the "Site") and the Now Your Health newsletter, SMS program, member portal, and online shop (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit the Site, subscribe to our newsletter, opt in to receive SMS messages, purchase products, or otherwise interact with us.   1. Keyword opt-in. You may text the keyword JOIN to our designated SMS number. You will receive a confirmation message describing the program before enrollment is finalized.

  1. At checkout. If you voluntarily provide your mobile number at checkout and check the explicit SMS consent box (separate from order processing), you may be enrolled. Consent is not required to complete a purchase.

4.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the time of year. Subscribers can expect up to 8 SMS messages per month under normal operation. During promotional periods, frequency may temporarily increase to no more than 12 messages per month. We will not exceed these limits without first providing notice and obtaining renewed consent.

Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Now Your Health is not responsible for delays, failures, or non-delivery of messages caused by carrier outages, technical issues, your handset configuration, or any cause outside our reasonable control.

4.7 Use of Mobile Number

Your mobile number is used solely for the SMS program you opted into and for the related transactional communications described above. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your mobile number to third parties or to our affiliates for their own marketing or advertising purposes. We may share your mobile number with third-party service providers (e.g., our SMS aggregator and CCPA-compliant subprocessors) strictly to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.

4.8 Eligibility and Withdrawal

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile number provided to opt in to our SMS program. You may withdraw consent at any time using the STOP keyword or by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal of SMS consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal and does not affect your email subscription, account, or any pending orders.
